Vicki has dedicated much of her nursing career to the education of staff, patients, and care givers in providing safe and effective treatment of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in both outpatient clinics and patient homes.
She actively participated in policy and procedure change and implementation, quality assessment and performance improvement, technology implementation and training, education and maintenance of compliance and regulatory mandates, and the preparation and start-up of new home programs.
Vicki prides herself in the provision of high-quality, safe patient care and outstanding customer service. She considers herself fortunate to have had the opportunity to positively impact so many lives.
Vicki is a loving and devoted wife, mom, and “Grammy.” In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, camping, traveling, and crafting in her “she shed.”

Vicki has been a Registered Nurse for over 23 years, ever since receiving her BSN from Michigan State University in 1998. She was employed for 19 years with the world’s leading renal corporation for treating ESRD patients and manufacturing renal products.
She began her career in ESRD healthcare as a Dialysis Staff RN at an outpatient clinic, providing exceptional care and treatment to ESRD patients. She then moved into several other roles as Director of Nursing, Home Therapies Staff RN, Home Therapies Program Manager, and Clinical Technology Education Manager covering multiple regions and states.
